Project: INDOSAT ROLLOUT 2012 PH2 Jabotek Area- Represent the project organization on field to ensure that implementation services are carried through within time, budget, and within Ericsson standard of quality.- Monitor & supervise RAN Installation, Integration & Acceptance on field for hot swap of RBS 2000 & 3000 series to RBS6000 with feederless antenna system.- Support ASP team for integration and basic troubleshooting of RBS6601 and Minilink TN when needed and do escalation to ITC Coordinator if not solved within one day.- Follow up blocking issues with relevant parties immediately to meet site on air & acceptance target and to maintain the quality of the installation which is done by ASP (Authorized service Provider) team.- Verify that ASP team are trained to perform the task given and their quality of work (workmanship) including deliver fact finding report for any defect/bad workmanship found.- Monitor ASP team for usage of Health and Safety Equipment (HSE), Perform Health & Safety Rules, and usage of safety materials including proper tools.- Check and verify content of ATP document, ensuring ATP document is completed and hand-over by ASP Team to Ericsson Engineering within agreed certain period of time.- Verify and sign installation checklist according to actual installation on site. Any incomplete items must be noted in the installation checklist.

Project: MOBILIS PROJECT for OPT- Install, test and commission Base Station and Node B (Ericsson RBS)- Install, test and commission Microwave Links (Ericsson Minilink TN / Marconi SDH)- Prepare Site Survey Report for as-built and recommendation of new equipment location and cabling.- Manage the team of technicians and ensure a high level of performance- Report to the Director of Operations

Project: NSN-BELLTEL PROJECT for San Miguel Corp., Phils.- Perform site survey, hunting and analysis for antenna orientation and coverage area based on a given nominal point around the search ring.- Prepare Technical Site Survey Report for the recommended site candidate among the options for construction.- Verification of possible linkup sites and their path profiles producing detailed LOS Survey Reports and recommendations for the engineering effort.

Project: ERICSSON SDH Project for VIETNAMOBILE (VNM)- Personnel management. Represent SDH PM as main contact person for the whole south region of Vietnam.- Conduct interviews, hire and assign responsibilities to each SDH Supervisors.- Managed Project Implementation for SDH. 60sites were swapped from NEC to Marconi MDRS LH with 7 new Marconi links rolled out as network upgrades for the whole South Region of Vietnam.- Managed and coordinated installation and swap of Marconi OMS1664 in MSC and RBSC to carry existing traffic.- Coordinated with concerned parties for a smooth implementation with minimum downtime of major activities such as migration of all STM1 traffics from NEC Cnodes and Leased Lines to Marconi OMS1664.- Prepare weekly time plan sent to SDH PM and SDH Supervisors for execution by Ericsson ASP under supervision of SDH Supervisors. Project: ERICSSON GSM/UMTS Project for ETISALAT EGYPT- Attend meetings with client to provide and expedite solution to problems regarding project implementation.- Configure DCN and Traffic Routing for Minilink Traffic Node & High Capacity. - Perform STM1 upgrades on Marconi OMS1664.- Perform site survey, hunting and analysis for antenna orientation and coverage area based on a given nominal point around the search ring.- Prepare Technical Site Survey Report for the recommended site candidate among the options for construction.- Verification of possible linkup sites and their path profiles producing detailed LOS Survey Reports and recommendations for the engineering effort.

Project: ERICSSON WCDMA Project JERSEY for TELSTRA- Main role is to integrate and test new 3G sites for Ericsson Project with Telstra Australia.- Load Data Scripts on Node B and integrate RBS and RNC from Network Center.- Perform E1 loop test, antenna & feeders sweep test, live call test.- Prepare all data for final documentation (i.e. as-built, sweep test results)- Update Site Handler documents and data.

Project: ERICSSON Project for CINGULAR WIRELESS (GSM850/1900)- Main role is to integrate and test sites for Ericsson project with Cingular Wireless, USA.- Perform site surveys and audits for provisional and final acceptance.- Test, configure and perform inventory of cabinets at the Ericsson warehouse.- Field assignment as Team Lead. Coordinate, plan, install and integrate Ericsson system.- Perform troubleshooting and channel adds or site upgrades.

Project: ERICSSON Project FOR ETHIOPIAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORP. ETC425K GSM900 (ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA)- Lead a team of four people to install BTS site from outdoor and indoor equipments.- Perform installation and integration of RBS2206, MiniLink TN, Emerson Actura Rectifier, including E1 distribution and tower works for antenna and feeder mounting.- Prepare weekly status reports of sites installed or site audits for monitoring purposes of Project Implementation Manager and site acceptance preparation.

Project: DIGITEL MOBILE PHILIPPINES INC., PHASE 4- Prepared and analyzed all budgeting aspects of the project. Personnel management.
