1. Responsible for the management and storage of important company documents, such as contracts, letters of agreement, legal documents, etc., in an organized manner.2. Act as a coordination point between internal company departments and external parties, such as suppliers, clients, and government agencies, to ensure smooth and effective information flow.3. Maintain an organized database of clients, suppliers and products. This includes regular data updates to ensure accuracy of information.4. Provide administrative support for logistics and supply chain activities, including order management, shipping and receiving of goods, and ensuring availability.5. Create periodic reports related to commercial activities, such as sales, purchases, and other financial reports. Analyze the data to support management.

- Assist in the implementation of CPNS Basic Training - Document the activities of CPNS Basic Training implementation- Draft daily and weekly reports (control form).- Analyze problems that exist in the HR Development Planning and Standardization Division.- Create a design system for the task collection system and attendance for Latsar CPNS students as well as a schedule of anti-clash activities.
