Undertook space planning role - mainly working as a CAD technician for first year, working with architect and moves co-ordinator. Progressed over time to take on move management. Undertook surveys of new buildings, produced detailed layout designs. Co-ordinated reorganisation projects involving large scale re-locations in South of England, working closely with construction partners due to the technical nature of the business (comms suites / R&D labs).Completed dilapidations in readiness to return buildings at end of Lease, or to re-market to sub-let.

Acted as incident controller for Eagle Star's Mainframe computer system, co-ordinating practice recovery tests. Scheduled test sequences, allocating tasks to individuals, compiling rotas and overseeing 48 hour tests in a controlled off-site environment. Arranged logistics of staff travel and accommodation.Chaired post-test meetings, writing reports and making recommendations to improve performance and test results.

Provided FM support for building of 300 staff, before moving into new 180,000sqft premises, providing services for a headcount of 1400. Supervised a team of 6 staff, writing job descriptions, training plans and carrying out appraisals.Co-ordinated minor churn work within location, liaising with external contractors and internal IT departments.Carried out H&S awareness training and DSE Risk Assessments.
