• Designed, routed, and created technical piping & HVAC systems drawings for Royal Caribbean, Silversea, and river cruise ships within a design and multi-discipline engineering Office.• Combination drawings consisting of routing the following system :- Sprinkler - HVAC- Cable tray - Working Air- Exhaust - Hydraulic Oil- Bilge & Ballast - Fire Fighting- High-pressure Deck Wash - Scuppers & Drains- De-aerating/Tank ventilation - Fill & Sounding- Domestic Hot & Cold Water - Black & Grey Water• Routing of piping and HVAC systems within confined spaces was achieved with extensive problem solving and re-engineering.• Communication with other team disciplines was key to ensure that all engineering disciplines affected by a modification still comply with project specifications, class regulations, customers’ satisfaction.• Clear communication prevented issues down the line and also resulted in improvements and cost-saving.• Reviewing drawings to ensure they meet company standards, regulations, and customer specifications to prevent non-conformance early in the process.• Updating piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) to improve, or to comply with changes, suppliers' requirements, project specifications, or class regulations.• Assisted with creating piping system spool piece drawings to increase production and decrease manufacturing lead times.• Assisted with the final phase of the commissioning process and walkthrough, assuring that systems and components of the ship are designed, installed, tested, operated, labeled, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the owner or final client.

• Designed and created various ship class technical drawings for local and international clients, as per project specifications, customers’ requirements, and class regulations using CAD.• Drawings consisting of the following :- General arrangements- P&ID’s & PFD’s- Piping system layouts- Piping spools- Piping as-built drawings - Fire and Safety Plans- Marine structural steel drawings- Mechanical drawings- Cable tray layouts - Equipment foundation design and detailing• Checking of drawings to class regulation that included Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, SOLAS-IMO rules, and regulations to prevent non-conformance early in the process, which also results in time and cost-saving.• Project site visits to take necessary measurements or capture data/information, used to prepare, creating and modify drawings to project specifications, class rules, and client requirements.• Experience in providing technical guidance over different phases of projects, so to address technical problems early and therefore avoid delays.• Acted as a single point of contact (acting project manager) for several projects as a whole.

Bulk Additive Operator• To receive and control the use of all additives• Weigh road tankers in/out• Line up additive ISO tanker to the correct tanks and discharge• Dipping and sampling of bulk additive tanks• Conduct regular stock count of Bulk AdditivesUtilities Operator• Operate and control all utilities at LOBP, i.e. Boiler, Compressors, and Separators efficiently.
