As the Director of Marketing and Creative Services for The Cliffs, my responsibilities included developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that communicate The Cliffs’ real estate and club membership value proposition and message to consumers. Creative and analytical thinking to holistically developing captivating marketing campaigns was employed on a daily basis. With the VP of Marketing, my role was to develop and promote the marketing strategy to generate new business, manage the daily flow of projects and communications developed by the marketing team and external vendors, coach, mentor and lead the creative and production team, enhance partnerships and drive sales revenue for multiple business lines within the company. This was an influential and visible role within the company and I was responsible for thought-leadership in lead acquisition strategies, creative direction, brand strategy and implementation, marketing operations and management, nurturing programs and effective workflows, and garnering brand love beyond current loyalists. Additionally, I acted as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to help meet the defined company goals.The company was recently purchased by a new group and my role was eliminated.
