I firmly believe that the success of an organization is based on culture and leaders' ability to elicit the best out of people. I've see proof of this time and time again. I'm sure you've seen this as well: the damage that lack of trust and stifling of initiative can do and the amazing things that happen when people are given the opportunity, tools & support to do what they do best. Growth without continuous & collaborative process improvement leads to chaos, a demotivated workforce and higher operating costs than necessary. In my career I've had the opportunity to train, coach & mentor people from all walks of life. I've been lucky to facilitate leadership workshops with new managers & managing directors, and to run sessions with individual contributors to give them the tools to be leaders in their own way even if their titles or job descriptions didn't prescribe it. I've done workshops in North America, EMEA & APAC... I've had great mentors who have trained and supported me.I'm passionate about helping others with their journeys to become the best leaders they can be. And about supporting the development of soft skills that serve everyone regardless their career choices.
