Via my role at The Hired Guns, we build teams, consult on organizational development and strategic initiatives. Additionally, I have facilitated trainings for organizations such as HBO and Ameriprise Financial. FOUNDER, BOARD OF USIn 2007, as a catalyst to launching my own business, I founded Board of Us, a playful facilitation game & group that individuals can use to make (better) decisions, have more accountability, and make more action happen in their lives. Board of Us is like a Board of Directors, but for individual people. The agenda is you. And everyone else on the board, too.WRITER, THE AGE OF ACCOUNTABILITYMy current writing / performance projects include a book-in-progress tentatively called Becoming Extra Ordinary. I perform excerpts on the web and in live venues in Portland and New York City. I have also started a project called The Wander Clock that started ticking on October 13, 2014 and concluded on October 13, 2020. Since then, The Wander Clock has turned into a curriculum for individuals and organizations to use time, attention, currency and relationships to design intentional (non-ordinary time) imbued with (more) meaning.

Using the constraints of time, attention, money and relationships, I created a body of work over the course of six years that included storytelling prompts, writing projects, community-building, and performances in the US and Europe. I developed The Wander Clock into a curriculum for others that was truly a delight. Twelve students at a time designed their own Wander Clocks through group facilitation and experimentation prompts. -
