Senior Sales Trainer

Leading a cross-market team of highly talented individuals to manage the Learning and Delivery strategy for the Australian and Philippines Sales and Account Development Teams, utilising mediums such as eLearning, Virtual and In-Person facilitated workshops and programsAligning with APAC VP's, Directors, Leaders and Teams to ensure the best in class experience for new and tenured team programs that support the Business's critical drivers and challengesCollaborating with International Colleagues to drive momentum on an International Learning and Development framework, including content design and creation, optimal and most engaging approach for delivery Partnering with Product, Marketing, Compliance and other Operational teams to ensure the highest quality content is utilized, that is both engaging and compliant Deployment of new Sales Tools and Capabilities in Australia and the Philippines

• Collaborate with Regional and Global Teams to support strategic broader L & D initiatives• Identify, assess, develop and facilitate specific training needs to address competency gaps• Facilitate learning through classroom, digital, virtual, experiential and on-the-job training• Consult and partner with Business Partners to understand and deliver on critical training needs• Design and deliver New Hire Training Programs to include CRM and Mainframe Systems support both Regionally and Globally• Co-ordinate training events - enrolment, logistics, venue, equipment and communication• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness

• Manage and deliver 1:1 buddy programs for new hire Business Development Executives • Design and facilitate sales training and AML compliance training sessions• Supporting the business's broader learning and development programs• Deliver ad hoc training by identifying areas that require further support• Deliver and design training components of New Hire Emplyee Programs• Deliver CRM and Mainframe Systems training

• Generate new business for American Express business solutions through consultative selling• Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with new and existing clients• Ensure strong engagement and billing performance

• Conduct risk analysis reviews of consumer and Business accounts to determine creditworthiness• Monitor progress of high risk accounts through the effective use of multiple mainframe systems• Work closely with Risk Management Teams to identify and reduce risk on high risk accounts

• Provide guidance to card members on financial solutions to help bring accounts to normal status• Assisted clients with creating a complete working budget and longer term financial plan• Offered personalized, professional service in resolving card members inquiries

• Continued improvement of Dive Operation to attain the PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort standard • Recruitment, Orientation, Training and Skill Development of local Ni-Vanuatu Staff • Promotion of Dive operation courses and resort tours through inter resort relations
