I started my career in Affordable Housing as an Investment Officer in 1989 and joined HDS Companies in 1998.As a member of the HDS Companies Executive Leadership Team, I lead the HDS Allita Business Unit and oversee HDS Companies' business services, including Regulatory Compliance, New Business Opportunities, Communications, and Marketing.HDS Allita provides solutions and services to support community stabilization programs. Our Housing Stabilization Module and Professional Services team notably supported the most extensive COVID Relief programs nationally. Our business solutions include Homeless Prevention, Rental Assistance, Job Training / Retraining, Blight and Redevelopment Grants, NSPIRE Inspector, and Emergency Assistance Programs. Equally notable is the expert and dedicated team that supports our clients and the community.My commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unwavering, and I serve as a Board Member of the HDS Foundation. Throughout my career, I have actively served on several community organization boards. Within the Affordable Housing, Economic, and Community Development Industry, I have participated in various professional organizations, fostering connections and contributing to the collective knowledge. Annually, I hold membership and contribute as a panelist or attendee at conferences such as NCSHA, NAHLFA, FHC, FLALHFA, NACCED, PMI, and MBA.
