The Network Capital Management (NCM) organization plays a critical role in shaping the future of Verizon’s network infrastructure, driving strategic thinking and capital analytics that inform multibillion-dollar investment decisions. In this role, I’ll be leading the development and implementation of our internal Network Capital Data Product, a cutting-edge platform designed to optimize multi-year capital plans. By leveraging data-driven insights and advanced modeling techniques, Our Data Product empowers Verizon to make informed investment decisions, maximize capital efficiency, and deliver exceptional network experiences to customers.

I oversee the full lifecycle of how data is (or isn’t) used within an organization. Co-Lead for building Verizon RAN Network Digital Twin and other internal Data Products for the business. My primary function is to balance the strategy, governance, and implementation of anything data-related, and facilitate the conversations between all impacted stakeholders — executives, engineers, analysts, other product teams, and external customers — who consume the data. The key areas of data product work include: research, analytics, platforms, technology, infrastructure, AI/Machine Learning, and standardization.

As a member of the West Territory RF Planning/Traffic Team. My responsibility is to forecast traffic growth in our network and establish a mechanism to efficiently predict our network capacity needs across the West Territory network as well oversee the planning and budgeting for Central Texas sub- market. Manage capital budget over $250M annually.Applying the concepts of Data Analytics and using Tableau as the main visualization tool, I am responsible for the creation of multiple reporting/audits/tools within the West Territory that provides detailed and precise intelligence that continuously improves how we conduct our business decision making. Also Am member of the Territory Innovation Team. Our mission is to generate, nurture, and actively manage innovation within the Territory System Performance community, in an effort to better optimize the time and money spent on our network.

Responsibilities:• Supervise cell technicians on proper installation, operation, maintenance and compliance of new sites and growth of existing cell sites.• Maintain all Operations LTE, VoLTE, EvDO, 1x KPI’s within Verizon standards.• Ensure key team deliveries such as annual audits, Maintenance Engineering directives and tower inspections are complete.Super Bowl 51 Operations at Houston:• Lead operations logistics on night shifts for NRG Stadium & Downtown during the 10 days leading to Super Bowl 51 to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.• Supervised cell technicians on proper installation, operation & maintenance of temporary solutions & existing sites during the 10 days leading to Super Bowl 51.• PM integration and delivery of 15 temporary solutions (nodes on wheels & cells on wheel) across downtown in preparations for the Super Bowl 51.• Monitored alarms for NRG Stadium & Downtown and delegated task to cell technician to address the issues & ensure minimal customer impact.• Responsible for compiling SB51 site clusters to create VSM alarm filters for cell technicians during Super Bowl 51.

As a capacity Planner my responsibility is to make sure that our network has enough resources to handle expected voice and Data traffic.- Responsible for 1000+ Cell sites between West & East Texas.- Responsible in forecasting the capacity need for augmentation on our sector sites based on historical data and market knowledge for our CDMA and LTE Network.- Created and managed the decomission process of our CDMA carriers to use it for LTE in East & West Texas..-Created Traffic utilization report for 1X, EVDO and LTE Networks on a daily,weekly and monthly basis. -Collaborated with System Performance and RF team to address any capacity issue that needed solutions.-Reported our network performance for 1x, EVDO and LTE Networks for major special events.- Highly proficient in C-RAN .- Presented to management and RF team the benefits of implementing a centralized radio access network (C-RAN) - Performed a pre and post analysis of New Build Macro Cell Sites in the region to determine capacity offload effect.- Held monthly meetings to discuss CTX Region performance. Such as the traffic growth, 4g on 4G loading%, VoLTE Growth, Capacity solution effectiveness. Vendor bench-marking project:• Build an analytic reporting Dashboard for our executives to better benchmark on vendors performance relating security. This application provided reporting, trending and scorecard/ranking for vendors. • Performed Battery life measurement test cases on Pre-Launch and Post-Launch devices to ensure they met minimum Verizon Wireless standards. • Main responsability was to measure the idle current drain of an android application. By completing this test on a 4G LTE device we could determine the battery current drain performance of that particular application.• Responsible for documenting VZW application requirements for current drain measurements. • Responsible for creating a procedure to test user experience on android application under multiple android devices. The purpose of such test case was to identify the best application under a particular category.

• Performed RF parametric test on both Pre-Launch and Post-Launch devices to ensure they Verizon Wireless standards. Executed RF tests such as GPS field performance, GPS Privacy, 1x and EV-DO on cell phones, Tablets ,modules and wireless cards.

• Performed evaluation test on both Pre-Launch and Post-Launch devices to ensure they comply with Verizon Wireless standards. Performed several feature test including Mobile IP, Throughput, WPS, Bluetooth, SW upgrade, LBS, OTAPA, OTASP, SMS and EMS on cell Phones, PDA’s, modules and wireless card.
