Here are some of my key responsibilities:responsible for installing and configuring software and hardware, ensuring that all systems are set up correctly and efficiently.constantly monitoring system performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise to keep everything running smoothly.in charge of implementing security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and regular backups to protect our data. managing user accounts, creating and maintaining user permissions to ensure everyone has the access they need. providing technical support, assisting colleagues with any technical issues and offering training on new systems. maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring that our network is reliable and efficient.
