I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UCF in 2021. I have worked in residential and outpatient centers, where I have seen clients in person and remotely. I have worked with kids, teens, and adults on a variety of issues, and I use an eclectic approach grounded in identifying and reframing negative automatic thoughts. I am dedicated to helping others in any capacity I can, particularly in a therapeutic environment. I have a background in Psychology and Education, but I most enjoy working with adolescents and young adults in a one on one or small group setting. I am the child of immigrants, and I have been very blessed to have been taught to have a strong work ethic from a young age. I pride myself on my close attention to details, my superior skills at working within groups, and my ability to form relationships with people relatively quickly.
