The organization was responsible for insuring that parts being fabricated met the specified engineering requirements and that the aircraft assembled in Amarillo met customer requirements.• Championed Operator Verification initiative. Initial cost savings exceeded $2M per year.• Implemented Lean Inspection Planning Initiatives.• Reduced MRB Cycle Time by over 40%.• Implemented a Lean Cellular Manufacturing Certification process.• Reduced delinquent calibration recall rate from over 10% to under 0.01%.
