I teach university students both basic and advanced skills of persuasive writing, technical writing, and creative writing. Courses taught include First-year writing, Technical Communication, Introduction to Creative Writing, Advanced Persuasive Writing, Advanced Writing for Dance Majors.

Philosophy & Film

I founded the Utah Chocolate Show in 2004 and with my sisters, Annette Lyon and Michelle Stevenett, produced five November events from '04 to '08. Beginning 2009, event production was assumed by Stefan Harlan, and I continued as a production assistant to the show and its affiliated competitions: "Utah's Grand Wedding Cake Competition" and "A Small Extravagance: The Chocolate Competition." The Utah Chocolate Show closed its doors after the 2009 event.
