I thrived by adapting to change, mentoring new hires, and continuously growing in my role.Currently, as a Field Sales Consultant at Tempur Sealy, I manage multiple districts for Mattress Firm, where relationship-building is at the heart of everything I do. I work closely with District Managers through district business reviews to align our goals and ensure we’re on track for success each quarter. Training new hires is a major focus of mine, helping them become confident in their roles and product knowledge. Additionally, I regularly present new product launches to both large and small groups, ensuring that our teams are well-informed and excited about the latest innovations.Recently, I had the privilege of hosting a Hollywood-themed event to celebrate top performers, and giving back to underserved communities through charitable activities is a cornerstone of my work.Beyond my professional career, I’m passionate about community service. I serve as a leader at a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underserved communities and empowering women. We organize events like vision board parties to inspire women to dream big and achieve their goals.
