Managed design and manufacturing of entire truck program "Tuğra" ; responsible for complete design and implementation process from concept to production launch, including component/system packaging, creating 3D models and releasing 2D drawings, performance specifications, product issue resolutions, design changes. Engaged in all phases of 4x4 Armored SUV & Pick-up program "Tulga" , including concept, architecture, documentation, design, development, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction. Supported engine assembly plants, prototype builds and production, managed and resolved issues. Planned and conducted testing of powertrains in the areas of engine performance, emissions, fuel economy, control / OBD and driveability. Managed calibration adaptation activities, cooperated suppliers for Engine & Transmission control units as well as software flashing processes in ECU & TCM modules by generating CAN communications on vehicle CAN system. Coordinated diagnostic and troubleshooting workshops during initial startup process for powertrain control units.

Worked in the BMC Defence Plant at Izmir on project "Vuran" , a 4x4 tactical wheeled multipurpose armored vehicle. Managed all phases of the design process for components, parts and assemblies including modeling, prototyping and documenting results. Developed and implemented a new engine mounting system providing a superior isolation from suspension shocks and at the same time enabling a quieter operation. Steered, organized and conducted project reviews with production team to maintain and develop quality, resolved any issues during development process, provided technical support to product management, manufacturing, supply chain and other functional groups. Reported overall program information and progress to all levels of management on a regular basis including ; functional objectives, performance targets, competitive information, milestone execution to timeline, as well as all program issues.

Design ownership of cooling system components across multiple vehicle / powertrain platforms & applications including Karsan JEST, ATAK , MenariniBus. Development and integration of powertrain thermal management systems to meet fuel economy objectives, as well as, powertrain cooling targets.
