I work in a BPM(Business Process Management) Department as a Business Analyst and have two main responsibilities:Working on a product(BPM Web App and Mobile App):• To improve our product(BPM), I prepare design reports for new functions and functions that need to be renewed.• Designing pages/screens(UI) using Figma for the developer team to work on with detail report.• Since February 2023, I have been working on a mobile app for BPM. First time a mobile app was developed on Next4biz so I prepared a detailed requirements report. According to requirements, I design a mobile app UI from scratch and prepare a report for a software development team.Working with customers:• Analysing customers' process and preparing a solution design reports according to their needs• Applying the solution on Next4biz BPM (Opheleia), designing screens/forms, process and setting rules to operate the records• Preparing integration documents for 3rd party softwares. Testing them using Postman and writing integration scripts.• If necessary to set complex rules, I write small scripts with C#

This position was for digital transformation of business processes and data. Z Makina wanted to use ERP programs to manage its sales, purchase, warehouse and production processes and all sales data, stock data and purchase data.My responsibility here was the transformation period. That includes:• Analysing all of the departments' processes.• Preparing reports about those processes.• Improving business processes.• Creating a stock code system and implementing it on every item in a warehouse. • Impelementing all of the business processes and stock data on the ERP program• Supervising all of the processes and records to adapt everybody using the programwhen the ERP system was live.

Because of this multi-role job, I was able to work with every department at the company. Thanks to that, I understand each of their jobs, business processes and their own rules.
