-Responsible for Crude Oil Distillation(CDU), Kerosene Mercaptan Oxidation(Kero Merox) and Spent Caustic Neutralization(SCNU) Units.-Leading a team of 25 people.-Monitoring, optimizing and improving the process for higher efficiency.-Reporting the operation to the Production Leader.-Maintaining continuous improvement with the help of 5S methods.-Conducting shift management and personal training.-Organizing and taking part of daily/annual maintenance and project activities.-Optimizing of energy consumption of the plant by implementation of new energy projects.-Performing Safety and Environmental Audits.-Taking part in Hazard ve Operability Analysis(HAZOP), Pre-Safety Start-up Review(PSSR), Management of Change(MOC) and Root Cause Analysis(RCA) activities.

-Responsible for Sauce&Preparation, Powder, Liquid Base Production; Aseptic/Non-aseptic Filling and CIP Units.-Leading a team of 45 people. (3 Engineers & 42 Operators)-Monitoring, optimizing and improving the process for higher efficiency.-Reporting the operation to the Head of Production.-Maintaining continuous improvement with the help of Lean production, 5S, Kaizen methods.-Conducting shift management and personal training.-Using of SAP Production and Warehouse modules.-Organizing and taking part of maintenance and project activities. [Construction of High Speed Aseptic Bag Filler]-Optimizing of energy consumption of the plant by implementation of new energy projects.-Preparing of the annual budget for the plant.-Performing Quality,Safety and Environmental Audits.-Taking part in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points(HACCP) and Root Cause Analysis(RCA) activities.

-Crude Oil Distillation(CDU) and Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC) units had been studied.-In-plant production template support activities and process control/safety studies were carried out.

-Oil and margarine production had been conducted and the departments below had been studied.-Liquid Oil: Neutralization, Winterzation and Deodorization Departments-Margarine: Ingridient and Packaging Departments
