Snapp is the first and leading ride-hailing application in Iran Snapp is the most preferred transportation solution in the country which has over 48 million user.It also has built the largest and fastest-growing internet company in the Middle East.While working in snapp as a test engineer in NBO vertical my responsibilities are the followings:Conducted manual testing, including API testing with Postman and integration testing with the application and database, to facilitate the successful migration of 20% of panels from the legacy back office to the new back office.Developed automation test scripts using robot framework and Python for a bulk job handler service and API permissions testing, achieving an 80% reduction in testing time for bulk jobs and a 40% reduction for API testingManaged reporting bugs using Jira and collaborated closely with the developers to resolve issues, leading to the release of features with 0% critical bugs.Designed and implemented test cases with full coverage using Testrail for the new features by analyzing the user stories and the feature’s specifications to have a better user experience by 15% as measured by positive agent feedback

Lenz is an IPTV application, owned by Iran's lead Telecom company called MTN Irancell, with over 6 million users and international vendors including Huawei, Techno Tree and Tiara. While working on the project of upgrading the architecture of lenz from monolithic to Microservice I managed to:Worked closely with developers and PM in order to write a detailed technical document (i.e. SRS) of all the Microservice's APIs provided for stakeholdersConducted manual testing of Microservice's APIs using Postman and discussed all the bugs with the developers to migrate 100% of the application to Microservice with no critical bugsProvided test scenarios for each of the Microservice's APIs with full coverage

Tessa is an innovative, fresh-minded and challenger startup working on smart home technologies which has a PWA for controlling the smart home’s devices while working here i was responsible for the following:Performed manual testing and wrote test scenarios both front-end of PWA and back-end APIs using Postman and reported all the issues to developers to release a bug-free version of the PWA for the smart homeConducted integration testing of the PWA with the physical smart home devices and checked if each device type works as expectedImplemeted APIs for remote control of smart home and implemented a script to check services and SSL expiration date which resulted in 35% better performance and less downtime
