I have had the opportunity to serve as an English Core lesson teacher, instructing students from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades at the Primary level, as well as 5th and 6th grade students at the Secondary School level. This role has provided me with a unique experience of working with primary school students, where I've been able to explore and enhance their learning skills through a theme and situation-based curriculum.Throughout the past year, I introduced drama as an extracurricular activity, allowing students to explore the English language through the performing arts. One notable achievement was a captivating play performed by my students. This theatrical production not only showcased their linguistic proficiency but also fostered teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.Adapting to a 'Hybrid' teaching style during the pandemic posed significant challenges, pushing me to explore innovative technological tools for effective remote education. This experience fueled creative thinking and inspired the customization of lesson plans, introduction of engaging games, and integration of tailored educational websites for ESL students in Turkey. This dynamic journey has greatly contributed to both my personal and professional growth.Teaching English at BK Schools during the pandemic has been an immensely rewarding experience. It provided numerous opportunities for the development of my teaching skills. Additionally, BK Schools supported my self-development through educational programs such as 'Life Skills in the English Language Classroom.' This online training course focused on helping K-8 English teachers integrate life skills into their classes, with a special emphasis on critical thinking and media literacy education. These opportunities not only enriched my teaching methods but also fostered a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

I've worked as an English teacher, and my students are juniors, teens, young adults & adults (as group or private ). I've been tutoring them to get English in a natural way again and make them use it as native-like. All skills are included in the lessons, and combined with each other. I give English lessons on Business English, General English, IELTS and YDS exams. I'm especially focus on the oral skills. Speaking English is a totally different section for a teacher. If a good language teacher can not speak the language she is teaching, it's that good for the students.

I conducted tutoring sessions for a range of subjects such as General English, Business English, IELTS, YDS, TUS English exams, and managed both Junior & Teen group and Adult private classes. The classes were equipped with a beneficial software tool facilitating access to course materials, including listening chapters and additional activities. The utilization of technological resources significantly facilitated the teaching of English to older students.

In this college, I was in the position to teach English to the 6 years old kids at the preschool, and there were 25 kids at the age of 6, in two different groups. It was great experience for me to work with them. However, the difference between this preschoolers and the previous ones was that with these kids I had a limited period of time it is called as "active learning" for the language acquisition. The rest of our time I created an atmosphere the children can not realise it is an English "lesson" when the active learning sessions is over. For the students, it was not a lesson, it was a natural learning area to experience language by games.

I worked as an English Teacher to the kids their age range between 16 months to 6 years old at this preschool. It was my first experience to be the teacher of very very young learners. I had 1 group of toddlers, 3 groups of 3 years olds in the morning, and a group of 5 years olds for the afternoon. In summer school, I also had 4 a group of 4 years olds. I've chosen a method to make them experience language in a natural way and use it in their daily life. Also, by the help of literature based English learning & teaching examples, I read the same book everyday for a month to easy their listening&speaking skills development and day by day reading the same book at reading time, and just after that supporting this session by meaningful, skillful, and sometimes super funny practices. Acquisition of English language was not the easiest thing for all the kids, so I prefered one of the most interactive, funny, repetitive and meaningful way, TPR and added some kind of action and game based practices. There have been garden and kitchen activities were added to these practices as well, for the very very young learners motor skill development.
