Prepare and provide trainings about Lean Production Techniques and Operational Excellence Coaching the teams for improvement and development projects as using problem solving techniques as A3, 5 Why Analyze, Value and Waste Analyze, Kobetsu Kaizen, Process FMEA, 5S… Coordinate process flow diagrams and make risk analyzes Mentoring the teams for define the countermeasures according to roat causes Develop and follow the strategic and operational plans with teams for KPI’s management
