I'm Melike OCAK. I'm 23 and I live in İzmir,Buca. After completing my high school education, I started the Department of Food Engineering at Manisa Celal Bayar University in the same year. And I graduated from Food Engineering in 2022. I am residing in İzmir. At the same time, I finished Occupational Health and Safety Department of Open Education Faculty Anadolu University for 2 years. I have command of Lean 6 Sigma, 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000,BRC. I am competent to use all Microsoft Office programs. I worked voluntarily for a long time in an organization that gives vocational seminars to students. On this path, which I started by producing with content, I continued to work at the same time as Social Media Account Manager, Content Production Unit Manager, Event Moderator, Event Background Manager. I completed my short-term summer internship as an engineer in a company that produces bakery products in 2021. After all, I completed my long-term internship this year with success at Pepsico. I managed team and applied food analysis in quality and production departments at Pepsico company. I gained a lot of important experience. I worked in BY Danışmanlık as an Auditor. In this company, I gave GMP, EYS, ISO 22000, Food Safety trainings. And I worked in DÜAG DOĞAL ÜRÜNLER as a Executive Food Engineer. Now,I am working as a Lean Specialist in Pepsico.My interests are going Mat Yoga, Fly Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Zumba and similar all sports. I like to sing and listening music very much. At the same time, I read books regularly and I'm interested with literature.
