Researched the mechanism of Industrial Control System (ICS) including the operation process and control software• Acquired SCADA testbed knowledge for checking vulnerabilities and validating security solutions.• The critical infrastructures national testbed center (CENTER) performs training, security research, and analysis of attacks and defenses under waste and potable water processes. These processes support multiple ICS protocols such as DNP3, S7, EtherCAT, and Modbus. Each station in the processes is autonomously controlled by local RTUs/PLCs and secured by rewalls with a segregated network.• The data obtained by listening to the tap device was parsed and examined using the scapy library.• A user interface was designed with QT Designer to display packages categorized based on their features.

Gained hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining in ticket system of CRM application• Based on the requirements of the project, developed a variety of software functionality and applications for the company• Developed features for the application and created a new landing page to smoothen customer experience• Detected and tracked software defects and inconsistencies in the program
