We seek partnerships with clients where our experience reduces risk and makes it easier to build amazing software products.My key responsibilities as an Associate Manager are the following:- Lead the HR, Staffing, Career Development and Admin & Legal team by fostering collaboration, understanding business priorities and planning team efforts accordingly, estimating and organizing tasks and responsibilities- Design career development and training programs so every member has equal learning opportunities- Provide accurate and timely reporting on HR KPIs to our US partners and other key members of the organization- Think of and implement initiatives and process refinements to improve HR KPIs - Lead programs and processes such as performance reviews, performance improvement plans, mentoring program, talent mobility, talent retention, among others- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement specific plans and strategies to achieve company goals- Lead cross-area initiatives aimed at improving our team members' experience in the organization- Coach and mentor the HR team facilitating tools and work opportunities of their interest- Hold accountable for reporting on the team health report of all the Operations team and propose solutions and initiatives that impact on team morale and motivation

- Work closely with managers and our Director of Technology to get a comprehensive understanding of our team members’ career desires to help them boost their potential with training tools and to find the right project for them- Participate in HR projects and initiatives by helping to manage project scope, determine priorities, ensure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, follow proper escalation paths, and document results- Lead HR a small group of HR team members and peers, fostering collaboration, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, managing team tasks and responsibilities, and driving results - Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and identifying business needs- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

- Welcome new collaborators and conduct the onboarding process- Identify process improvements and team up with key stakeholders to achieve results - Screen internal candidates’ resumes, analyze people’s career desires and make staffing decisions- Help internal candidates throughout the client interview process- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information- Track and maintain employee files and other HR databases up-to-date- Manage and be the point of contact for health care provider, banks and work insurance - Help and solve every-day requests from our collaborators- Work with our accounting office in all admin matters such as payroll, work certificates, vacations and others- Manage service-provider contracts

Individual and group English classes targeted to software development professionals and industry. In charge of the Interview Workshop as part of the English Training Program, with a greater focus on communication skills and best practices to adopt in a technical interview in English.
