I was the Design Director for Splash Consulting Group. I ran the design studio and managed designers and also freelancers. The studio was aimed to help support the rest of the company which had the shemarketing™ (marketing to women) concept. This company allowed me to design for a broad range of clients from Sporting (SCG Trust) to Bathware (Caroma - Fowler). My role incorporated designing, management, hiring, purchasing IT hardware, dealing with clients, art direction on photo shoots, purchasing props and prop dressing shoots and much more.
