Whilst I look for my next permanent role, after being offered a redundancy package by Monash University, due to the effects of the COVID19 lockdowns, I have offered my accomplished expertise and services to corporate businesses, especially those in need of Continuous Improvement, to best adapt to the new conditions forced by the global pandemic, making value contributions to their ability to be agile in today’s business world:- Created and introduced best practice step-by-step how to guides for future staff induction- Developed shared communication content calendar- Replaced outdated processes by updating client company’s systems to maximise functionality - e.g. Xero - Presented Continuous Improvement recommendations on Website Support, Event Coordination, Comms.

Milestone career role within one of Australia’s leading global universities, supporting 5 executive committees, including an advisory committee with external community members including members of parliament and CEOs from local government and business. Other milestones included:- Introduced best practices to ensure robustness and integrity of processes for internal communications- Leadership in conversations for web management and design with technical / non-technical audiences- Leadership in requirements gathering and elicitation for mission-critical projects and programs- Leadership in finance conversations with internal / external audiences (e.g. especially budgets, allocations)- Oversaw operations including buildings and grounds management and ensure inclusive / safe environment

Other milestone role within what is commonly known as the ABC, where I initially started as an Information Officer, but was promoted to take on a more corporate role within government funded service that provides radio, television, online, and mobile services.
