Audit claims for privacy violations. Working with several different departments from claims, vendors, customer service, membership, ASO, and others. Identify violations while updating upper management and the privacy office of the results. Identifying any areas of improvement or process changes needed and following those until completion.While in training department I was also put on random other tasks to help resolve or fill in for business systems analyst area. Trained multiple sides of business on Facets from host, home, traditional claims, as well as External Claims (XC), data entry, and several others. Also training on other systems like BlueSquared, RADAR, ALF, Claims Single Source Website, and others. Moved out of the training team in May 2014 to the auditing team. At that point I no longer did training work.

Was hired on as a Host Claims Service Analyst. I keyed host claims. Processed claims through the Facets System. Adjusted claims through the Facets System. Worked in BlueSquared to communicate to the home plans. Went through the Facets 2.96 to 4.31 upgrade training.

Worked as Claims Specialist for temp agency from July 2001 to July 2002 working at Regence BlueShield of Idaho in the mail room and micro filming area. July 2002 I was hired on by Regence BlueShield of Idaho as a Claims Service Specialist keying medical and dental claims until I was on maternity leave July 2003. I was laid off later that month.
