Continuing Education has been a theme of my life as I obatained Master's Degree in Organizational Communications and my SHRM-CP Certification Specializing in HR Tech-Data Analysis.  My favorite saying is, "If you can't measure it, then you can't Manage it."Continuing Education has been a theme of my life as I obatained Master's Degree in Organizational Communications and my SHRM-CP Certification Specializing in HR Tech-Data Analysis.  My favorite saying is, "If you can't measure it, then you can't Manage it."My experiences as a dedicated worker is derived from a vast amount of life experiences that has taken me around the world and back again.  I have seen and experienced so many responsibilities during my 2 years abroad working for Bahama Rock Aggregates in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, such as: how to perform multi-step task, troubleshooting, scheduling, forecasting, and planning in a foreign countries culture. During this stage in my career I continued to expand my knowledge by collaborating with the locals, budgeting, accounting processes with a foreign bank, and working on the Bahamians laid back schedule has definitely shaped and broadened my abilities to adapt to unique working environments.​
