Consult on case related to victims of domestic violence, provide case management assistance and safety planning, facilitate weekly support groups at confidential shelter and local mental health facility. Plan and implement primary prevention based programming for youth and community members, facilitate support groups for youth participants.

Provide initial training to new employees on basic procedures. Maintain all training records for staff within the communications department to ensure compliance within government standards. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Maintain records for all Silver Alert participants. Develop policies/procedures to correlate with government and certifications standards. Engage in public speaking events that educate community on Emergency Services and Sheriffs Office.
