With over five years of experience as the Director of Nursing Services at Care One Pharmacy Services LLC, I support the nursing staff at 40 long-term care facilities across three states. I hold a BSN degree, a RN license, and a DNS-CT certification, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in the field of nursing and long-term care.My core competencies include strategic thinking, utilization management, regulatory standards, and staff education. I am passionate about improving the quality of care and outcomes for the residents and clients of Care One, and I work collaboratively with the pharmacy, medical, and administrative teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence.
