Principal, Customer Success Executive
CurrentI am a Principal, Customer Success Executive engaged with select public and private sector accounts, who is responsible as single point of contact to facilitate and manage successful customer relationships. This position enables customers to obtain maximum business value from their software solutions from CA Technologies. The key responsibility is to assist them in overcoming any challenges, technical or operational, to reach full utilization and organizational adoption efficiently, so business objectives are met quickly. At the heart is providing essential detailed technical review meetings, operational demand-driven discussions; incorporating technical engineers, Support, and production management, with customer teams, which leads to solution evaluations across both mainframe and/or network/client server environments. This position is involved with implementations, service projects, and management level planning meetings.
