Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on the economy, housing and commercial real estate markets in Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest metropolitan areas in order to forecast trends and compose reports on a quarterly basis.Provide data, analysis and report composition for consulting engagements, investment and policy memorandums, portfolio analysis and other projects per clients' requests.
