I am an educator, facilitator, board advisor and author. What gets me up in the morning is thinking I can be a catalyst for better conversations among executive teams and around board tables. Whether it’s reframing a discussion with new information, sharing experience or just being the person who can ask a question that people may not feel safe to ask, I want to help individuals and groups move forward in a positive way to achieve their goals.I have experienced, observed and listened to people working in all sizes and shapes of organisations. There are patterns of behaviour in most workplaces that executives and directors often miss, are unaware of, or maybe even choose not to see for any variety of reasons. An outside ‘agent’ can help, especially if the help is fun, interesting and worthwhile, and that’s my approach. I’m currently working with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Peakstone Global Board Advisory, Streamwise Learning and the Committee for the Economic Development of Australia.
