As member of the project team lead purchasing activities from budget preparation till project closure after SOP. Participate in project meetings and activities (Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, Project Management Committee). Support the project manager in preparation of sourcing plan to define mutual PTM commitments and conditions to proceed with Pre-SoCo (RFQ), SoCo (Award). Perform RFQ process. Prepare and lead pre-sourcing, sourcing decisions and meet project targets (price, timing, quality). Propose lotting and RFP tactics . Co-ordinate specific requirement file definition, organise supplier design review and sign contract with suppliers. Manage achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers and follows progress of component part approval prozess. Manage to sign tool loan agreement for new tools. Take part in full day production run, to check supplier capacity. Prepare and deeply involved in „make or buy” decisions. Managed purchasing activities concerning intercompany production line transfer , and production outsourcing to external supplier. Precheck of current capacity and regular overview of future capacity with the suppliers to ensure smooth component part deliveries during life time, analyse technical productivity options. SAP data maintenance.

Participation in P1 projects from logistic- purchasing side. Representation of logistic field in the project teams. Creating quotation request from suppliers , participation in their appraisal. Ordering of component parts, base materials trough SAP, C1. Supervising of the logistic costs in the projects. Data implementation and maintaining in SAP. Coordinating of the logistic process in the IE and R&D departments (mechanical design, testlabor, prototype shop), keeping continuous contact with these departments. Obsolate material handling, new material ordering in case of technical changes. Handling of material schedules from supplier and customer side, rump up planning. Coordinating of creating logistic flow for new projects cooperated with warehouse, production, packaging and transportaion department. Organising tool transfers.
