I develop and implement strategic learning and development programs that align with organizational goals, driving business outcomes and enhancing employee performance, engagement, and retention. Leading a team, I deliver customized training programs, including mentorship and coaching, manager development, and communication workshops, which effectively address skill and behavioral gaps, resulting in measurable improvements in business performance. The Training & Onboarding division of Learning & Development at GoFundMe was designed and proposed by myself after analyzing department and company needs, budget, performance, and metrics. Upon executive approval I've led the new division since January 2021, with a focus on enhancing existing training programs, developing new learning opportunities for underserved teams, and migrating our programming to a more scalable and accessible hybrid model. My mission in this role is to reduce the rate of time to proficiency for new employees, increase post-training role confidence and satisfaction, provide exceptional development opportunities for a variety of learning preferences and classroom settings, and maintain strong employee retention rates across the company. Since taking on the role of Sr Training & Onboarding Coordinator, I've successfully reduced the amount of time new team members take to reach proficiency in their roles by 29%, and increased participants’ post-training confidence in their role by 45%. I researched and implemented a new Learning Management System (LMS, Docebo) and have migrated 50% of our learning opportunities into virtual offerings, as well as defined data analytics and metrics for measuring program success. The success of training at GoFundMe is also owed to a strong partnership and connection with department leaders, recruiting, HR, and subject matter experts across various roles and countries to offer comprehensive training and onboarding opportunities for new employees, and to strategize and deliver learning programs related to teams’ needs, knowledge gaps, and feedback. I'm excited to how learning at GoFundMe will grow as we continue to push into the hybrid learning and development space!

As an early member of the newly established Learning and Development Team at GoFundMe, I was responsible for evaluating the learning needs for the company, specifically the Customer Operations department including Customer Care and success, fraud prevention and trust, and community and safety teams. I organized and scheduled all training sessions for recurring comprehensive training programs and gathered data from post -training and -program surveys to create actionable goals for future offeringsI also facilitated company-wide trainings for new employee onboarding, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training, continued learning, technical training, and professional development. Customer Happiness Agent - I'm on the front-line of GoFundMe, ready to help any customer with any issue they have for any cause they're raising money for. As the first face (or email signature) they see, I pride myself on being a brand advocate and positive point-of-contact. As the Social Media Marketing Assistant with Milestone SEO, I work closely with the Social Media Manager and Chief Marketing Officer to strategize marketing tactics and online campaigns that will benefit both our clients and their customers.
