She manages the smooth execution of each transaction making sure no deadline is missed by diligently monitoring every detail of the transaction from start to finish. Her background as an educator and an art Gallery Coordinator has given her the experienced eye for design and attention to detail to keep our office running smoothly and in helping our clients stage their homes to show them in the best possible light. She works closely with our clients to prepare their properties from home décor and staging to coordinating our service providers.Melinda and her family have lived Coastside for 5 years. She loves hiking the local trails and can be found visiting one of the many local beaches daily. She sings in the praise band at her church and volunteers through out the community. She loves all that living on the Coastside offers from outdoor adventures to the proximity to San Francisco.
