I welcome the customers to the restaurant and show them to their seats. I provide a positive attitude while taking their order and delivering their food/drinks. I cash out the customers after their meal and clean off tables/booths. I package baked goods to display and sell and create a positive environment.

I worked in the Learning Technology Center and assisted professors with online course development. I facilitated workshops on various software and components of the online teaching environment at Clarion University and developed documentation on the software and the components of Desire2Learn used at the university.
