Dynamic and multifaceted, I am easily at home in a variety of professional settings. As a yoga teacher, I specialize in integrating movement and breath with a meditative focus--or theme--that anchors the spiritual path in simple, everyday practice. I use the internet to assist independent business owners with website support and e-publishing. I write fiction and nonfiction to tell stories of our shared humanity. I graduated from the Paralegal Program at Meredith College which prepared me for a variety of professional opportunities in public and non-profit settings. During my time in the program I studied legal research and writing, litigation, estate planning, criminal law, family law, and immigration. Above all, I strive to be of maximum service with a high level of technical skill and a strong degree of compassion.
