I have reached and surpassed my 20 year letter with the military as a leader. In those years I have traveled around the world to places like Korea, Germany, Panama, Afghanistan, and several states including Hawaii. My mission has been service. Food service. Culinary arts more specifically. I have participated twice in the Phillip A. Connelly competition. Also, the annual Culinary Arts competition that is judged by chefs from the ACF. In addition to the culinary side, I have trained soldiers and leaders in a course on suicide intervention. I am trained in many different weapon systems within the military as well. Firearms safety is a must!Once you take a step outside of this role: I am a mom, a wife, a property manager and entrepreneur. My first sales role was when I was seven or eight years old and I was selling plants out of a wagon for .50 cents each.I have worked tirelessly on my customer service skills, call handling, verbal and writing skills. My average is 36 wpm.I spent several years in college working towards my degree in art. I have a minor in Graphic Design, a large dose of both business and education on the side as well. I still love doing art as it is my passion. I practice those skills as a curator often in the homes I manage within my property management company. My passion for complimentary colors drives my landscaping choices for all of my properties as well. As a mom I love working with my daughter on art work. She is a blooming artist as well.Currently, I have been doing a lot of research and studying in the marketing field. I see how valuable marketing is online when we as individuals spend more time on the internet or our phones than we’d probably ever like to admit to! My desire with this is to assist my husband with his business where I can. Occupations I have held outside the military include restaurant host, ice cream gal, pasta slinger-I mean server-, landscaping-my favorite-sales associate, custodian, senior care assistant, call center employee, manager, homemaker, and just being an all around “Jill-of-all-trades”!I love learning new things, and I learn quickly.
