I report directly to the Company’s President. My primary responsibilities involve managing a block of ~50 clients for whom I am responsible for day to day involvement with plan related issues/questions that arise, completion of the annual discrimination testing, preparing annual valuation reports and Form 5500, consulting (as needed), distributions, loans, and any other items that are required in order to assist the clients and other staff members. I also manage three support staff members of our team and assist with training new staff members.
