Ensure consistent implementation of these policies across all hotel units in Goa, Karnataka, and Rajasthan. •Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all hotel units, ensuring the sourcing and hiring of qualified candidates. Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent, including implementing employee retention programs and conducting regular performance evaluations. •Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
