Responsibilities included supporting management in all HR processes, including interviewing, hiring, retention, terminations, performance management, and disciplinary meetings; recommends corrective action for employees; investigates employee issues and resolves legitimate complaints timely; creating, implementing, communicating, and enforcing policies and procedures; ensures compliance with all labor laws; payroll and payroll reporting; benefits administration; manage unemployment claims; represent company at all Industrial Commission and Court of Common Plea hearings; 401k administration.
