I work as a freelancer. My role is to launch and manage email campaigns for the HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence Award Program in various countries around the world.My job is to reach out all awardees and provide technical assistance about how to promote this award on different social media platforms.

I own and operate a surf shop / surf school in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua.This is a small business that involves all sorts of tasks from revenue management, to forecasting, inventory and client management. I also set up and keep our social media platforms all up-to-date to engage more attention to our activities and to win over some new businesses. Besides all the above I also teach kids how to surf and assist my partner to shape our home branded hand shaped surfboards called Alvarez Surfboards that gained a strong presence on the Central American market.

I provide market feedback and regular reporting to management, maintain a high level of understanding of all aspects of our products and advise how to improve conversion.I work directly with all the major Meta and Travel Research sites: Tripadvisor, Hotelscombined, Kayak, Trivago, Travelsupermarket, Wego, Kelkoo etc. Also gained experience in managing promotions on Affiliate Networks such as Trade-doubler and Linkshare.
