In this role, I am responsible for contributing to the J&J Learn Well-Being practice strategy by facilitating in-person and virtual learning experiences including Energy for Performance, Resilience, and Purpose & Career Planner. In addition, I manage, train, and develop our global team of 50 expert Well-Being Coaches to deliver exceptional programs that result in transformational participant outcomes including improvements to their health, happiness, and success at work and at home. I also lead skills-based portfolio innovation, content design, and digital channel curation for human-skill development, aligned to global business and talent development strategies.

I am thrilled to partner with my friends at Happiitude in Mumbai, India. For the past 5 years I have spent thousands of hours researching and studying happiness, holistic wellbeing and mindfulness and the links to high performance in life and work. This led me to design and facilitate programs in the corporate world as well as in my community. I have taken a largely Western approach until I met my friends at Happiitude in a global classroom earlier this year. We connected instantly on a shared purpose to create a happier, healthier workplace and world. I have found that one approach is not better than the other, but that together - Eastern and Western - we can create life-changing, transformative results that last.
