As part of the Innovation team, we are responsible for discovering and developing ways toaccelerate health promotion for Victorians in a rapidly changing world via a unique program ofwork. The Innovation Office reports directly to the CEO and I have responsibility for oversight of Innovation events, building relations, contracts, budgets and guiding the teams input into various strategic cross-organisational projects. Our two key projects currently are using behavioural insights to shift the gender imbalance in the workplace and women in sport; and collaborating with stakeholders to support young people, as they transition from study to purposeful work. A key achievement to date has been having responsibility for event planning The Behavioural Insights and Gender Equality Symposium. Highlights of the program included keynotes from Prof Bohnet and the Hon. Julia Gillard AO; a Ministerial address by the Hon. Gabrielle Williams, Minister for Women; a panel of representatives from Male Champions of Change, PwC and Womens’ Leadership Institute of Australia; and four concurrent workshops. The event sold out at 500 people, with over 230 joining the livestream.

CycleSport Victoria (CSV) is the peak governing body for both organised competitive, and recreational, cycling within Victoria. CSV is an affiliate of Cycling Australia (CA) and the UCI (International Cycling Union) and currently has 55 affiliated clubs and over 6000 members throughout Victoria.

SKCC offers high quality social and racing activities that encourage and engage cyclists of all ages and abilities, particularly women. As its first female president (actually the first female president of any Australian cycling club), we strategically welcomed more women into the club. Voted 2009 Victorian Club of the Year, & now with over 1000 members, SKCC is Australia's largest cycling club.

Established to reduce injury and death between cyclists and motorists, I was the Foundation's first GM responsible for implementing the strategic and operational plans; stakeholder management; financial management incl securing sponsors; develop and implement effective behavioural change programs in road safety; oversee staff, volunteers and external suppliers. A busy yet rewarding role!

GPV is a state-wide peak body which supports, represents and advocates for the 30 Victorian Divisions of General Practice and General Practitioners. The organisation is state and federally funded.
