I lead manager capability, coaching, and consulting programs for our people managers in the Corporate Functions organizations (HR, Corporate & Legal Affairs, Finance, Business Development, Strategy & Ventures, and Marketing & Consumer Business).

I led talent development programs across our Corp Functions organizations, focusing on management excellence, job architecture, and career development.

I was a Program Manager on the Finance People Programs team, owning and driving programs related to early talent, management excellence, diversity, inclusion, culture & belonging (D&I), and career development for all Finance employees. While my work spanned across all of these programs, I focused most of my time on manager, D&I, and early talent learning.

I partnered closely with the engineering leaders I supported and ran all the operational aspects of their businesses. From a tactical perspective, I tracked, monitored, and published key budget and headcount data metrics on a recurring cadence and leveraged this data to make difficult tradeoffs for high business impact. I collaborated with cross-organization stakeholders to identify business requirements, transforming them into actionable deliverables. I love problem solving, so I would often analyze, troubleshoot, and proactively challenge existing processes to improve workflows. Another way I problem solve is by improving the operational efficiency of teams. I notice what causes friction, find pain points, brainstorm options, roll out a solution, iterate, and then solicit feedback for next time. I bring people together with an adaptable and collaborative communication style, which I leveraged in this role to synthesize conflicting viewpoints to reach consensus and buy-off. I took ambiguous and conceptual goals, driving them to clarity and transforming them into tactical next steps.

Some of my favorite projects during this time are listed below:• Coordinated external facing, complex events and meeting logistics at industry tradeshows and conferences. • Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts, and managed ProdDev budgets > $1M• Owned the executive scorecard and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs).• Created PowerPoint presentations for team all hands and external-facing business meetings.• Managed FTE and vendor staff: set goals, course-corrected when needed, and grew morale.
