My robust financial skill set and intrinsic investor perspective allow me to offer insights and oversight that elevate operational and financial performance and bolster shareholder value as an independent board director and audit committee member. I was the highest ranking female investment professional at two leading Los Angeles asset management firms with responsibility for between $10-15 billion of assets under management. My areas of expertise include financial analysis, securities and enterprise valuation, ESG factor analysis, capital structure optimization, capital markets and corporate transactions, financial and operational restructuring, liquidity management, portfolio construction, risk management, product development, and compliance and regulatory oversight. I also have deep experience in working with IT teams to develop technology tools that streamline investment research, portfolio management, and back office business processes.
