As an Amazon Account Manager,I gained experience with Amazon Seller Central:- create/upgrade product listings, image, video, A+ content, Amazon Store- inventory, predict sales and ship in to fulfillment centers both SPD and LTL- monitor buybox, automate prices and understand competitors- create sponsored products and display ads and upgrade based on ACOS- monitor feedbacks, reviews and enroll products to Vine - reply customer messages- monitor Account Health and complete appeals when necessary, connect Amazon SupportOther responsibilities:- set up Shopify store and integrate with Etsy, Walmart- customer service- prepare monthly statistics to calculate profits and evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness- act as a liaison between the owner and two warehouse workers, facilitating smooth communication andcollaboration, prioritizing- maintain regular communication with vendors, business partners and handle local and internationalprocurement- responsible for restacking warehouse and office supplies seeking opportunities for continuousimprovement and cost reduction
