• Managed Domestic and International Special Customer Arrangements (SCA) for small and large business customers. These requests include pricing bid requests from Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and Alternate Access Vendors (AAV) and different types of diversity requests from a customer’s normal circuit path for DS1, DS3, OCN and Ethernet opportunities.• Administered Netformx and Design Central/Quickbase, issued licenses, set up users and removed invalid customer design files. Project lead for multiple Cable releases. Developed functional requirements to process orders from Cable Partner for porting customers and directory listings. Created test cases for expansive test execution. Worked with IT when coding issues were found. Provided documentation of the updates/upgrades and provided training.• Managed and developed an automated application for Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC) orders. This included the initial release as well as multiple updates/upgrades and resulted in significant savings in manpower and manual processing time. Also, uncovered errors in an on-going basis to improve automation results. • Initiated investigation process for new Competing Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC); created process on porting from that Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) including testing the initial order. Deemed Subject Matter Expert for processing those orders. • Partnered with IT team to create a testing database for team members so they could create own XMLs to cover specific testing scenarios that helped speed up testing. This database was used during project testing and weekly upgrades to the applications as well as validate production tickets submitted by users.

Learned the Telecom industry through network provisioning with expanded responsibilities into testing. Managed the provisioning process for several high profile customers’ as the point of contact between sales and Local Exchange Carrier (LEC). Subject Matter Expert for provisioning team. Lead Analyst which interfaced with IT on special projects, production issues and customer project calls. Provided provisioning requirements for projects, facilitated documentation & training for upgrades with team members.• Progressed from provisioning to managing projects for new types of circuits for the team.
