I run a private, therapeutic one to one coaching practice, where I enable doctors to build on their personal strengths and re-engage with the original feelings that led them to do medicine.I provide confidential support for doctors of all grades. This support ranges from rebuilding confidence, addressing anxiety, burnout and imposter syndrome through to working with PTSD and trauma related issues. I also offer career dilemma support, help with exam techniques, interview skills and advanced communication skills.I work holistically with a relational style of therapeutic coaching. I use a psychodynamic approach and believe strongly that my clients have everything they need to move forward in their lives. I am contracted by the Professional Support and Wellbeing Service in Oxford, under the umbrella of Health Education England and have coached doctors who have required extra support for many years. I practice from my home in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and work with doctors across the Oxford and London Deaneries.I have The Professional Certificate of Coaching from Henley Business School, the Psychological First Aid Certificate from the Johns Hopkins University, am a Practitioner in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Trauma Therapy from the NAOS Institute in London. I am a registered member of the National Council of Integrated Psychotherapists (NCIP). I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
